Susan Karp

As your Town Council Chairman for the past eight years, I have had the opportunity to work closely with the Board of Education and to learn a great deal about the budget, academic programs, facility needs and the challenges that we will face in the future. I share your pride in our excellent school system and believe that I can bring a unique perspective to the Board of Education, combining municipal government experience and personal involvement in our schools. As a member of the Board of Education I will approach every issue recognizing the importance of community input and considering all options, while striving to make the best decisions for our school system and our community.

With your help, I will work to support excellence in education, enhance opportunities for our students and improve our quality of life, while always considering the importance of every tax dollar.
